SipRadius at IBC2025: Secure IP Workflows Without the Compromise

SipRadius at IBC2025: Secure IP Workflows Without the Compromise

Stand 5.H27 | RAI Amsterdam | 12–15 September 2025

As IP continues to reshape live broadcast, the challenge has become less about if broadcasters move to IP and more about how they can do so without adding unnecessary complexity or exposing themselves to risk. At IBC2025, SipRadius is addressing this challenge head-on, demonstrating how security, performance and reliability can be built into every layer of live media transport.

A Unified Platform for Modern Broadcast

Many IP workflows today are pieced together from loosely connected tools. Each brings its own operating system, update cycle, and potential vulnerabilities. SipRadius replaces that fragmentation with a unified platform for encoding, timing, routing, and encryption – purpose-built for media.

At the heart of this approach is CoralOS, the company’s custom operating system. Unlike general-purpose OSs designed to run everything from spreadsheets to games, CoralOS is streamlined for real-time broadcast. That means consistent performance, hardened security, and simplified system management across hardware, cloud, or hybrid deployments.

Key Themes on Stand 5.H27

SipRadius solutions span the full chain of contribution, production, and distribution. At IBC2025, the focus will be on four areas:

  • Private Cloud: Self-hosted, broadcaster-controlled infrastructure for resilience and scalability.
  • Contribution & Distribution: High-quality, low-latency transport over unmanaged networks.
  • Remote Production: Synchronised timing, routing, and monitoring across distributed teams.
  • Security: End-to-end encryption and authentication for content and comms.

What to Expect

SipRadius will highlight its latest developments across several core products:

  • MAP – Media Access Platform: A next-generation multiviewer and secure access point. It ingests SDI, 2110, RIST, SRT, RTMP, NDI, and other IP sources, outputs via HDMI and WebRTC, and supports 4K multiviewing with RGB-level color space. MAP works equally well on-premises or as part of distributed global teams.
  • MRTC – Master Router / Real Time Clock: A compact device that solves timing in remote IP production by generating a local PTP/NTP grand master from GNSS or cellular sources. It removes the need to extend PTP over unmanaged networks, while also acting as a router, firewall, and secure gateway.
  • Private Cloud: SipRadius offers broadcasters the option to run fully self-hosted, secure infrastructures. This provides end-to-end AES-256 encryption, VPN integration, redundancy, and disaster recovery – delivering scalability and sovereignty without public cloud dependency.
  • Security by Design: Unlike platforms that treat protection as an afterthought, SipRadius builds security into every layer. From video and talkback to messaging and file exchange, everything is encrypted and authenticated, with consistent coverage across all devices and protocols.
